These Terms govern use of https://trendhnaven.shop and purchases from KENNY BROWN WELL & PUMP SERVICE, INC., trading as trendhnaven.
Eligibility and Website Use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with appropriate parent or guardian involvement where permitted.
Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Fraud, unauthorized access, malicious activity, infringement, and interference with website operations are prohibited.
Product Listings
We take reasonable care to maintain accurate descriptions, images, prices, and availability information.
Screen settings may affect colors, but goods must conform to their descriptions and applicable legal standards.
If a material error affects an order, we will explain the issue and offer appropriate options. We will not increase an agreed price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic acknowledgment confirms receipt. Unless we expressly accept earlier, acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.
If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled because of availability, a material listing error, or a legitimate payment or fraud concern, we will notify you and promptly refund payments collected for canceled items.
Prices and Charges
The currency and total payable amount are displayed before payment.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal over US$30 after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery charges for orders of US$30 or less appear at checkout. If another currency is used, the store’s converted equivalent applies.
Applicable sales taxes, VAT, customs duties, and import clearance charges are included in our prices or paid by trendhnaven. Customers do not pay additional tax or customs charges beyond the disclosed order total.
If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, contact us to arrange payment or reimbursement.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after payment. Estimated delivery takes 20–45 calendar days after dispatch.
We disclose delivery arrangements before purchase and obtain agreement to a longer delivery period where required by applicable law.
If we cannot dispatch within the promised processing period, we will contact you and offer a revised dispatch date or cancellation for a full refund. Any legally required consent to delayed dispatch will be obtained.

Returns and Consumer Rights
Our Return and Refund Policy provides free returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Approved refunds are issued promptly and normally appear in the original payment account within 3–7 business days after issuance.
Mandatory rights concerning cancellation, faulty goods, descriptions, late delivery, and non-delivery remain unaffected.
Accounts and Protected Content
Where accounts are available, keep login credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized activity.
We may reasonably restrict website access for maintenance, security, or misuse prevention. Existing purchase and refund obligations continue.
Website content belongs to its respective rights holders or is used under license. Personal shopping use is permitted. Commercial reproduction or distribution requires permission unless allowed by law.
External services may have their own terms. Their involvement does not replace our responsibilities as the seller.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or business losses arising from purchases made for personal use.
Governing Law and Complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Customers retain non-waivable protections available under applicable law, including any right to bring proceedings in their local courts.

Updates
Revised Terms apply prospectively. Accepted purchases remain governed by the version applicable at acceptance unless a change is legally required or separately agreed.
